Development
Over the last 20 years, Planigrupo has been devoted to the development of projects in different geographic areas of Mexico. We consider development to be the task of the master coordinator. The development division is in charge of ensuring that all the elements involved in the creation of a project work together towards the accomplishment of the established objectives. |

Design
Architectonic design involves a variety of elements such as location, target market, time and cost considerations, purpose of the project, government and urban restrictions, and aesthetics. Our design division combines those elements to satisfy our clients´ objectives. |

Leasing and Brokerage
Our leasing and brokerage division is undoubtedly the most experienced in all of Mexico, accounting for more than 10,000 transactions and 130 brokered retail projects. This has been attained through our national brokerage network. When appropriate, the leasing and brokerage division works from the conception of a project with the development and design divisions in order to achieve a better solution for each project. |

Construction
Our construction division focuses its efforts to ensure the optimization of the project from its beginning in terms of location, design, engineering, constructive systems and purchases, all of which result in savings in cost and time. |
