A 48,000m² shopping center anchored by a Wal-Mart store and a Suburbia department store with more than 100 additional shops. Pachuca, Hidalgo, México. 1997. Currently under 2nd. phase expansion.


Plaza Real Saltillo
A 30,000m² shopping center anchored by a 7,000m² H-E-B supermarket, a Cinemark Cineplex, a Woolworth store and 80 additional shops. Saltillo, Coah., México. 1999-2000.


Plaza Chapultepec
A 12,000m² neighborhood shopping center anchored by a 5,000m² H-E-B store and a free-standing Carl´s Jr. Includes 22 additional shops. Guadalupe, N.L., México. 2000.

Plaza Universidad
A 20,000m² shopping center anchored by an 8,000m² H-E-B store with 26 additional shops and free-standing restaurants. San Nicolás de los Garza, N.L., México. 1999.

Centro Comercial Plaza Real Monterrey
A two-level shopping center of 59,000m² of surface anchored by an H-E-B store, a 3,500-seat Cinemark cineplex, with over 100 sideshops and a four-level parking structure. Prestigious firms such as Sanborn´s, Out Back, Italianni´s and Apple Bee´s participate in the project. Monterrey, N.L., México.
